Who We Work With

Private and Secure Sessions

All therapy sessions are conducted securely online, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your chosen space.

Individual Therapy

We work one-on-one with clients to explore emotions, patterns, and life stressors in a safe, supportive space. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals while providing compassionate support through challenges such as:

ADHD Support

  • Living with ADHD can feel exhausting, overwhelming, and isolating; especially when your mind feels constantly “on,”. Your thoughts become difficult to quiet, or everyday tasks feel harder than they should.

At Come Alive Counseling, Ally and Caitlyn specialize in supporting adults navigating ADHD, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and executive functioning challenges through compassionate, evidence-based telehealth therapy.

We understand that ADHD often impact far more than focus or routines. They can affect relationships, work, emotional regulation, self-esteem, motivation, and daily functioning. Many clients also experience shame, burnout, masking, people-pleasing, or the feeling that they are “too much” or “falling behind.”

Therapy focuses on helping you better understand your patterns while building practical tools that support long-term emotional wellness and self-trust.

    • Adult ADHD

    • Executive dysfunction

    • Chronic overwhelm and burnout

    • Intrusive thoughts

    • Compulsive behaviors and rituals

    • Emotional dysregulation

    • Time management and organization struggles

    • Anxiety related to ADHD

    • Masking and people-pleasing patterns
